TruckJunction (trucks.tractorjunction.com) is one of India's largest commercial vehicle research and buying platforms. The challenge: a dominant competitor (TrucksDekho) with significantly higher domain authority, and a legacy Laravel codebase in the middle of a migration to Next.js.

The strategy centred on competitive intelligence — building Semrush-verified data on TrucksDekho, 91Trucks, and CardDekho's SEO gaps, then executing a 90-day battle plan targeting 1M+ GSC clicks. Simultaneously, I designed the rendering architecture for the Next.js migration to ensure zero SEO equity loss during the platform switch.

mymmjdoctor.com is a US-based telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed physicians for medical marijuana certifications. The site was hit by a double blow: an algorithmic decline from Google's March 2025 core update, compounded by a technical collapse triggered by a July–August 2025 redesign.

I completed a comprehensive audit identifying both root causes with evidence — the algorithmic decline stemming from E-E-A-T and YMYL trust signal deficits, and the technical collapse from the redesign introducing critical crawlability and indexation failures. A full recovery plan and client presentation were delivered.

This case demonstrates the importance of separating algorithmic from technical issues — they require different recovery strategies and different timelines. Treating them as one problem is the most common mistake made post-core-update.
