Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you what we'd fix first.

Send the form and you get a real audit of your site — not a template with your logo dropped into it. It takes us a few hours of actual work, which is why we only send it to businesses we could genuinely help.

  • A technical audit of your site — crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, architecture
  • Your top five competitors, and the keywords they rank for that you don't
  • A 90-day plan in priority order, with the reasoning for each item
  • A reply within 24 business hours — from the person who'd do the work

After you hit send

Three steps, and none of them is a sales sequence.

Within 24 hours

You get a human reply

Not an autoresponder. We confirm we've got it, flag anything we spotted on a first look, and ask the one or two questions the audit needs answering.

2–3 business days

The audit lands

Technical findings, competitor gaps, keyword opportunities and a 90-day priority list — written for you, on your site, with the reasoning shown.

Only if you want it

A 30-minute call

We walk through the findings and answer questions. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. The audit is yours either way.

Before you ask

The questions we get every week.

Is the audit actually free, or is it a sales pitch?

It's free and it's yours to keep, including if you never reply again. We do it because it's the most honest sales material we have — if the findings aren't useful, you shouldn't hire us anyway. The only cost is that we can't do it for everyone, so we prioritise sites where we can see real opportunity.

How quickly will I see results?

Measurable movement usually appears within 90 days — impressions and long-tail positions first, then commercial keywords. Anything faster than that is either a site with obvious technical blockers we can clear in week one, or someone lying to you. The compounding really starts around month six.

Do you work with businesses outside the US, UK, Australia and Canada?

Those four are where we're strongest, because that's where the search landscapes and link markets we know best are. We'll take work in other English-language markets if the fit is right, and we'll tell you plainly if it isn't.

Do you need access to our developers?

Ideally yes, but it isn't a blocker. We write tickets developers can actually implement — with the reasoning, the acceptance criteria and the test — and we can join your sprint calls. If you don't have a dev team, we'll implement directly on most stacks.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on site size and how much is broken, which is exactly what the audit establishes. Retainers generally start around $1,000 a month and scale with scope. We'll give you a number with the audit, before you've committed to anything.

We were hit by a Google update. Can you help?

Often, yes — recovery work is a big part of what we do. The first job is diagnosis: separating an algorithmic quality issue from a technical regression or a competitor simply improving. That distinction changes the whole plan, and most recovery attempts fail because nobody made it.
